The Interfit INT218 Super Cool-lite 655 Lighting Kit features an innovative light unit that accommodates six daylight-balanced (5200K) 55-watt (220w equivalent) compact fluorescent lamps and provides strong steady light without the intense heat associated with halogen or standard incandescent bulbs. In addition these bulbs have a very long life and consume very little power. Plus each bulb can be individually switched via the back panel of the light head. The INT218 kit also includes a large lighting stand and a 36-inch octagonal softbox which provides soft balanced lighting that virtually eliminates harsh shadows.
